Frequently Asked Questions
FAQS
If you're thinking about working with Amplified Health & Wellness, but still have a few questions — you're in the right place.
Here's the stuff we get asked the most.
-
It depends on what you need. We offer flexible pricing for local clients, online sessions, and sometimes funded or pay-it-forward options. If money’s tight, reach out – we’ll talk it through and find what’s possible.
-
Health coaching is about helping you take back control – physically and mentally. It's not a diet, and it's not therapy. It's structured, practical support focused on sleep, movement, mindset, nutrition, stress and overall wellbeing. We work alongside you to build habits that actually last, one step at a time.
-
We work with everyday people who are ready to make change. That includes men and women, parents, teens, business owners, shift workers, athletes, and people recovering from tough seasons. If you're feeling stuck, stressed, burnt out, or just not where you want to be – we're here to help.
-
Nope. You don’t need to be “ready” or already fit to begin – you just need to be willing. We meet you where you’re at and go from there. This is coaching that adapts to you, not the other way around.
-
We’re physically based in Cromwell, Central Otago and offer in-person sessions across the wider region — including Dunedin, Southland, and Queenstown and Christchurch.
Not local? We also offer online coaching sessions New Zealand and Australia-wide via video.
-
Every client’s plan is different, but we typically support people across:
Movement and exercise
Nutrition and eating habits
Sleep and recovery
Mental fitness and stress management
Mindset, motivation and behaviour change
Goal setting and weekly accountability
Long-term health conditions (like T2 diabetes or injury recovery)
We’ll chat about where you’re at, what you’re aiming for, and build something that actually fits your life.
-
Yes – we offer tailored workplace wellbeing programs, coaching sessions, and seminars for staff. If you're a business owner or manager looking to support your team’s mental and physical health, get in touch here.
-
Simple. Head to the Contact page, flick us a message, and we’ll book a time to chat. No pressure, no sales pitch – just a conversation to see if it’s a good fit.
