Its taking me along time to get this but its so true…mindful eating is so important - what we put in our mouths is really where it counts.
Move in Winter
It’s going to be fking cold - put more gear on and regardless of how you feel, even if its just 30mins, get out and do some kind of exercise! The endorphins rush alone is worth it!
