“The changes I’m noticing are incredible”
“I originally came to Nigel late April 2022. I was needing help with my health mentally and physically, so him being a health coach was perfect.
Initially I just wanted help with a bit of fitness and training in the gym, so with both Nigel has taken me under his wing to have me 3 times a week!
And the changes I’m noticing are incredible, I’m feeling so much fitter and stronger and my clothes are fitting way better and I’m just feeling more comfortable in my body.
I also came to Nigel wanting to set myself a better routine and eating habits and start setting myself some goals. I have definitely found my eating habits have been so much better -nI never used to eat enough food, I now find myself having breakfast and lunch every day and these were the two meals I struggled with most.
I have also been trying to make a conscious effort to include some sort of movement into my rest days! Which I would never have done prior to working with Nigel.
