I have had the pleasure of working with Nigel for the past 12 weeks. I can honestly say I’ve gone from being a busy mum in survival mode to feeling confident and thriving. I feel like I’ve found my old self again — and she’s quite fun.
His whole approach is what makes it work: nutrition, exercise, journaling, mental fitness, daily habits, and goal setting. With weekly Zooms and messaging, he held me accountable, offered insight, and encouraged me to challenge my limiting beliefs.
In the last 12 weeks, I’ve done more for myself than I have in the past two years. I’m excited to keep working on everything I’ve learned — early morning gym classes, eating well, limiting alcohol, enjoying hobbies one night a week, and planning more date nights.
I know I can always reach out for a few more sessions if I need a check-in. If you’re a mum who’s had a baby (or two), feeling a little lost, emotionally flat, or building up resentment — I highly recommend reaching out to Nigel. His approach is brilliant.
